Code of Conduct

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. All students must strictly adhere to the following guidelines.

CBSE Mandatory Attendance Requirement

As per the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Examination Bye-Laws, a minimum of 75% attendance is strictly compulsory for students of all classes. Students failing to meet this criterion will not be permitted to appear for the final/board examinations. Condonation of shortage in attendance is subject to strict CBSE medical protocols.

School Uniform & Grooming

Students must arrive in complete, neat, and ironed school uniforms. Boys must maintain short, standard haircuts. Girls with long hair must tie it in twin braids with the designated school ribbon. Fancy jewelry, makeup, and colored hair are strictly prohibited.

Punctuality

Students must reach the school campus at least 10 minutes before the warning bell. Latecomers will not be permitted to enter without a valid written note from parents and explicit permission from the Principal.

Prohibited Items

Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic gadgets, sharp objects, and large sums of cash are strictly forbidden on school premises. Confiscated items will only be returned to parents at the end of the academic year.

School Property & Environment

Students must treat the school infrastructure with respect. Any damage to furniture, lab equipment, or library books will be fined, and the cost of replacement will be recovered from the student's parents. Keep the campus plastic-free.

Behavior & Peer Respect

Ankur Public School maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, physical violence, and the use of foul language. Students must display courtesy to teachers, support staff, and fellow peers at all times.

Examination Integrity

Use of unfair means during tests or examinations is a serious offense. Students found copying or assisting others will be marked zero in that subject and may face suspension as per the school's disciplinary committee rules.
